why is my Fitbit Cost 5 Alarm Not Vibrating?

Hi everyone, i lately bought a Fitbit Charge 5 but I'm having a bit of an situation. The alarm feature isn't pulsate like it's supposed to. Has anybody else qualified this?

Yes, I faced the same problem. At first, I imagined it was a product fault, but then I realized it was related to the settings.

Sure, @user. I realized that my Dnd (do Not Disturb) mode was turned on, which prevents the device from pulsate. Checking that option could resolve the issue.

That's a solid position @user. Also check the pulse settings in the alarm itself. Often, it may be set to a quiet pulse which might not be discernible.

Here is how you can check:
  • open the Alarm app on your Fitbit.
  • tap on the specific alarm.
  • check the pulse settings and adapt accordingly.
