do Pulsate Belts Really Work for Weight Loss?
#1
I've been thinking about trying a vibrating belt for weight loss. Have anyone found it effective?

Hi! I feel it's majorly a myth. The pulse may feel good, but I didn't observe any visible mass loss. Maybe, it works better in conjunction with a healthy diet and normal exercise.

Gotta agree with user here. It feels relatively like a massage, and while it may assist in the circulation and muscle stimulus, it can't supersede a balanced diet and exercise for shedding those pounds.

That's appropriate. Using a belt solo is unlikely to give you significant results. But it could be a good addition to a well-rounded fitness routine.

Here's an old saying, If something looks too good to be true, it probably is. That seems to implement here. Sorry, but there's no wizardry bullet for mass loss.
