Sure thing! Go to settings, then decide on 'sound & vibration'. From there, you should see an choice like 'vibrate for calls'.

Adding to what has said, invariably bear in mind that the steps may well vary slightly depending on the phone brand and Android model.

I've simplified it into a few steps for you,.
  1. open the 'settings' app on your Android phone.
  2. tap 'sound & vibration'.
  3. scroll down to find 'vibrate for calls'.
  4. toggle the switch to trigger the vibrate function.
note: If you want your phone to vibrate for more notifications, there ought to be a similar setting under 'app notifications'.

Just a quick add-on - don't overlook the do not disturb mode. You can customize it in a way that your cell phone will only pulse for priority or starred contacts. This is quite handy for when you're in meetings or don't want to be disturbed by unneeded notifications! @@
