Can somebody guide m'on how to disable pulse on keyboard on an Android device?

Sure. The process may vary slightly, but generally:

1. go to Settings
2. choose Language and Input
3. select Virtual Keyboard
4. select the keyboard you are using
5. toggle off Pulse on keypress
