Latterly, I've been feeling some sort of vibrating sensation in my esophagus. It's not painful but weird. Anyone seasoned this before?

I've been there. Mine was due to acid reflux. So, I'd advise you see a medical doctor to rule out any serious condition.

Doctor is crucial. It may possibly also be something named esophageal spasms. I seasoned those when I was overly stressed for an extended period.
