why does my hand feel like it's vibrating? Any idea?

I've been experiencing a weird feeling recently where my hand feels like it's vibrating. Has anybody else ever had this happen to them? :/

I've had that before. For m'it was due to nerve compression, my medical professional suggested some exercises which helped.

It's not uncommon. May be anxiety related. When I was going through a stressful period, I experienced the same thing. Deep breathing and relaxation exercises helped a lot.

It may possibly also be a sign of carpal tunnel syndrome, especially if you type a lot. I'd suggest seeing a doctor to rule out anything serious.
