How Powerful is an Exercise Device that Vibrates Your Body?
#1
I read about these exercise machines that vibrate your full body while you exercise on them. What are the benefits and are they actually effective?

As far as I know, those machines, known as vibration plates, are claimed to improve muscle mass, bone density, and boost your metabolic rate. I've never tried it personally but have read mixed feedback on it.

I own one. It definitely adds a spin to the typical static exercises. I feel like it's very good for flexibility and my core strength has increased noticeably.

The scientific evidence backing those machines is mixed. Some studies show good outcomes while others do not. As continually, if you're interested in trying it out, it's best to get guidance from a professional.

In my opinion, nothing beats classic forms of exercise. But then again, whatever gets you moving!
