Help! Iphone Vibrates Without Notification, What to Do?

I need help guys, my iphone keeps vibrating with out any notification. It's driving me nuts. Can anyone help?

Have you checked your phone settings? There could be some app with silent notifications.

Yes, just to add to what user mentioned, you might have Mail notifications set to pulse. Here's how to check: '''go to Settings > Notifications > Mail > Select your Account > Turn off Pulse. '''

Don't forget to check your email settings also. Occasionally it's not the app settings, but the e-mail provider that sets your cell phone to pulse with new emails.
