Hey guys, I was just wondering if a Fitbit is a good way to monitor your heart rate? I imagined about getting one, but wasn't sure on the accuracy.

In my experience, you can entirely rely on a Fitbit for heart rate monitoring. It vibrates once your heart rate gets too high. It really helped me regulate my exercise intensity.

I had my Fitbit for about 4 months now and it not only gives accurate heart rate readings but it also delivers a range of more useful health-related features. Also, it can sync very well with more products.

That's fascinating too. But taking into consideration its accuracy, I read somewhere that while Fitbits are primarily accurate, the readings may vary an iota under certain conditions like erratic movements or even excessive sweating.

Thank you for your inputs! Seems to be it's value the investment. I'll try it out. <br>
