1. get a wash sock and glove.
2. fold the sock.
3. insert the glove within the sock; have the open part of the glove facing towards the open end of the sock.
4. padding- this could be sponges or towels, inserted into the glove.
5. once done, fold the remaining part of the glove around the opening of the sock.

and you're done! Just be sure to use lube if required, and invariably keep in mind, safety first!
