Hello, user. I've faced a related problem, and a simple soft reset had solved my difficulty. You just have to hold your potency button and volume down button each other until finally the screen goes emptiness. Then, wait for the smart phone to vibrate once before releasing them.

It could potentially be a more severe battery problem. Nonetheless, before jumping to a hardware difficulty, let's try a few more application fixes. Have you tried booting it in safe mode?

Safe mode is a great suggestion, user. In case user isn't familiar with how to boot into safe mode, here are the steps:
steps to boot Galaxy S9 into safe mode:
1. Push and hold the Potency button right up until the 'power off' prompt appears on the screen.
2. Tap and hold the 'power off' option until finally 'safe Mode' selection appears.
3. Tap 'safe Mode' and wait for the item to reboot.
