It could be. Oral thrush or oral candidiasis is a yeast infection that develops inside the mouth. Besides white patches, other symptoms can contain a loss of flavor, a burning sensation and redness in your estuary.

To prevent recurrence,
  1. brush your teeth at least twice day-to-day.
  2. floss regularly.
  3. avoid mouthwashes or oral sprays unless of course prescribed by a medical doctor.
  4. eat a balanced diet.
  5. visit a dentist regularly for check-ups.

, Don't ignore symptoms. Even if it's not oral thrush, it's important to get it checked out.
