they can be beneficial! Vibration plates can help with muscle activation, increase circulation, and increase flexibility. I've used them right after workouts to help with recovery, and they do seem to reduce soreness.

I use them regularly. They're really good for balance training, specifically if you have joint issues and need low-impact exercise. You can also use them for intensity workouts, like squats and planks, to raise intensity.
