Do Cats Have a Healing Vibrational Frequency?
#1
i've heard that a cat's purr has a certain vibrational frequency that can help heal. Is this true? How does it work?

yes! Cats purr at a frequency in between 25 to 150 Hz, which is known to be beneficial for healing. Research suggests that those frequencies can help reduce stress , promote bone healing, and even reduce pain. Fairly fantastic, right?

i've listened to the same thing. I'm a huge cat sweetheart and have noticed that when my cat curls up on my chest and purrs, I feel much calmer. There's undoubtedly something soothing on it.

it's not just about calming people, either. Cats use their purring for self-healing too. When they're injured or stressed, they'll purr to help velocity up their own recovery. The vibration is believed to have therapeutic effects on muscles and bones.

that's really fascinating. There's some thing powerful on pulse in general. I actually use the Lovense app-controlled vibrators for stress relief in a comparable way. It's not quite the same as a cat purring, but it helps me relax and release tension. Vibrations, no matter the source, seem to have that calming effect!
